Proposals, Pricing, and Scope
All pricing, deliverables, timelines, and scope of work are defined in an approved proposal or agreement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require a written change order and may result in additional fees.

Payment Terms

Raw scan data, processing methods, and workflows remain the property of NuWave Imaging.

Final deliverables provided to the client may be used for the specific project for which they were created.

Deliverables may not be resold, redistributed, or reused for other projects without written consent.

Use of Deliverables
Deliverables are intended for design, planning, and informational purposes. NuWave Imaging does not guarantee suitability for construction without professional verification by licensed design professionals.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuWave Imaging’s liability for any claim arising from services or website use shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the applicable services.
NuWave Imaging shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, delays, or business interruption.

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NuWave Imaging from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
